All reservations require a deposit upon booking. Cancellation policies differ based on season.

Written Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Summer (April 7, 2024 - December 19, 2024) We secure 1-night room, tax, and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is at check out. Any cancellation within 14 days of arrival and shortening of the stay with forfeit the 1-night deposit. Festive (December 20, 2024 – January 3, 2025) We secure 2-night room, tax, and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire reservation becomes non-refundable. Winter (January 4, 2025 - April 19, 2025) We secure 2-night room, tax, and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival at which time the entire reservation becomes non-refundable. Deposit & Cancellation Policy 2025-2026 Summer (April 20 – December 18, 2025) We secure a 1-night room, tax, and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at check out. Any cancellation within 14 days of arrival and shortening of the stay will forfeit the 1-night deposit.
