All reservations require a deposit upon booking. Cancellation policies differ based on season.
Written Cancellation Policy
Winter (January 6 - April 24 , 2023) We secure 2-night room, tax, and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and he remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival at which time the entire reservation becomes non-refundable. Summer (April 16 – November 16, 2023) We secure 1-night room, tax and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at check out. Any shortening of the stay or cancelling within 14 days of arrival will incur a 1-night penalty. Winter (November 17 - December 21, 2023) We secure 2-night room, tax, and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival at which time the entire reservation becomes non-refundable. Festive (December 22 – January 6, 2024) We secure 2-night room, tax, and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival at which time the entire reservation becomes non-refundable. Winter (January 7, 2024 - April 15, 2024) We secure 2-night room, tax, and resort fee deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 21 days prior to arrival at which time the entire reservation becomes non-refundable.
