General Policy

You can check in after 4:00 p.m. at the Front Desk at 242 East Meadow Drive, Vail, CO 81657. When you reach the end of Village Center Drive, you will see a sign that says “Do Not Enter”, however, you are allowed to cross over the bus lane to reach our unloading zone and short term parking spots which are directly outside of the adjacent Engel & Volkers real estate office.

Written Cancellation Policy

May 27th, 2022 - December 15th, 2022 is subject to a 1 night non-refundable deposit at booking, remaining full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. December 16th, 2022 - February 25th, 2023 is subject to a 1 night non-refundable deposit at booking, remaining full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. . February 26th, 2023 - April 15th, 2023 is subject to a 1 night non-refundable deposit at booking, remaining full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. April 16th, 2023 - November 15th, 2023, is subject to a 1 night non-refundable deposit at booking, remaining full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Changes to the dates of stay, number of guests per room or number of rooms confirmed will be subject to current pricing which may be different than previously confirmed rates. Taxes and fees are subject to change based on dates of stay and local jurisdiction. Parking for one vehicle is available in our garage. Parking fee will be charged upon check-in. We cannot accommodate oversize vehicles. If your vehicle is oversize, please park in the Vail Village parking structure which is directly across the street.
