Summer 2025 (May 22 - November 13, 2025): Cancellations received 22+ Days prior to arrival are charged a $75 taxable cancellation fee. Cancellations 21 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable Main Winter 2025/2026 (November 14 - December 18, 2025): Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a one night's penalty of room + tax. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Holiday 2025/2026 (December 19, 2025 - January 3, 2026): Cancellations received 46 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a two night's penalty of room + tax Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Main Winter 2025/2026 (January 4, 2026 - April 19, 2026): Cancellations received 31 days or more prior to arrival are subject to a one night's penalty of room + tax.
