For reservations over the year-end holidays and President’s Day holidays, there is a 2 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to stays between Dec 22, 2022 – Jan 05, 2023 | Feb 16-19, 2023 |Dec 22, 2022 – Jan 5, 2023 | For winter reservations, excluding the holidays detailed above, there is a 2 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. This applies to stays between | Feb 20 – April 16, 2023 | Jan 6 – Feb 15, 2023 | Feb 20 – April 16, 2023. For summer reservations, there is a 1 night non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking. The balance of the reservation is taken 14 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
