Policies

Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy is as follows: Nov 15 - April 15, 72 hours or 4 pm 3 days prior to arrival. April 16 - Nov 14, 24 hours or 4 pm 1 day prior to arrival. Cancel period is 14 days during holidays. Cancellations or modifications made after this time will incur a penalty equal to the deposit. Purchasing travel insurance is strongly recommended, as refunds are not issued to due weather or travel issues.
Written Deposit Policy
Your reservation will be guaranteed via a deposit equal to the first night's room, tax and Destination Amenity Fee. This will be taken immediately after booking.

Pets Policy
Pets are welcome at The Inn at Riverwalk on our designated pet floor. Please inform staff in advance if you are bringing a pet. Additional $25 per pet per night fee applies. Max 2 pets per room. Pets are required to be well behaved and may not be disruptive to other guests. They may be left in your room unattended and are not required to be crated. Housekeeping and maintenance service will not be completed while your pet is unattended in the room. Beds, bowls and treats are available!
Other Policy
Please note a $25 per night Destination Amenity Fee applies to all reservations. This includes access to the pool and hot tub, fitness center, Gear Garage bike and snowshoe rentals, seasonal ski shuttle, lobby coffee, our Express Breakfast, and business services. All guests are required to pay this fee in addition to their base room rate.
Children
Children are welcome at The Inn at Riverwalk. No additional charge is levied given the maximum occupancy for your room type is not exceeded. Rollaway beds are not available. Pack 'n plays are available.
