Tucked in the heart of Vail, The Rams-Horn Lodge is this newly remodeled, boutique style condominium lodge. Individually owned and designed, each condo offers a cozy and unique mountain feel. Gorgeous mountain views and a central location just steps away from Golden Peak. The entire building was rated on a platinum level from the Vail Valley Partnership, which is the highest level achievable. We offer daily housekeeping, on-site parking, WiFi, ski storage, exercise room, lobby with coffee and snacks, front desk from 9am-5pm, and an outside heated pool and Jacuzzi. We also offer access to the facilities at the Vail Athletic Club and Spa; a short walk from our building. We are a non-smoking property and we do not allow pets.

General Policy
All Rams-Horn suites are privately owned. We expect our guests and owners to treat the property with honest integrity and respect and follow the Good Neighbors Guidelines. Lost Keys will result in a $150 charge if you or anyone in your party looses a key; Keys are taken very seriously as each Rams-Horn suite is privately owned. A limited number of keys will be issued to each unit based on the unit size, and all keys must be personally returned to the office upon departure. Please note: if any one key is lost during your stay, Rams-Horn management must replace the door lock of the jeopardized suite in addition to ordering all existing keys to be remade for that suite Pool/Spa – NO jumping/diving is permitted. A minimum fee of $1,000 will be implemented if one is caught jumping or diving into the pool. By signing; all guests under this reservation, along with visiting friends and family are releasing liability of the Rams-Horn Lodge Condominium Association and Management Company for any injuries, or death due to not abiding by these rules. NO SMOKING of ANY kind is permitted on any Rams-Horn properties. A minimum fee of $1,000 will be implemented for fumigation charges if this policy is broken and the guests may be asked to leave the premises with no refund. Additional fees may apply at management’s discretion if a breach in this policy results in significant interference with the nature of the business or potential relocation of the next reservation during any potential fumigation procedures. Parking and Traffic Safety. One assigned parking is designated to each condo at the Rams Horn Lodge. We try to accommodate additional cars on a first come, first serve basis in our back lot. Don not park on roadways, lawns or in a manner which blocks driveways, sidewalks, alleys or mailboxes. Drive slowly through neighborhoods and watch for pedestrians and children playing. Noise and Outdoor Lighting. Be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbors right to the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of their home and property, especially after 11pm. Keep noise level to a minimum with the condos, common area/hallways and pool area. No excessive or unreasonable noise will be permitted at any time. Garbage Disposal. The Rams Horn Lodge offers daily housekeeping services that is included with your stay. Trash and recycling is disposed of daily during servicing. If you would like to take the trash and recycling out, please put it in the designated trash house no earlier than 6:00 am.
Written Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy states that the First payments will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee if cancelled before the second payment due date. No refunds after the second payment is made unless the space is rebooked.
